Collagen wound care program.

The ProPack collagen system delivers wound care through two structured clinical pathways — Surgical (Large ProPack, HCPCS A6023 + A6253 + A6446, 14-day supply) for post-operative incision management, and Wound Care (Medium ProPack, HCPCS A6021 + A6220, 30-day supply) for chronic wound management. Each pathway is purpose-built for specific payer documentation and coverage requirements.

The program includes Type I bovine collagen dressings, protective covers, and the compliance infrastructure to bill them correctly. The Surgical Pathway is designed primarily for orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, and general surgery; the Wound Care Pathway serves wound care clinics, podiatry, dermatology, and primary care managing diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, and pressure injuries.

The Surgical Pathway supports post-operative incision healing — reducing complication risk with collagen-based protective coverage. The Wound Care Pathway manages chronic wounds including diabetic foot ulcers (neuropathic and ischemic), venous leg ulcers, and pressure injuries Stage II–IV. Both pathways integrate seamlessly with existing clinical workflows.

Every aspect of the program is structured to satisfy payer requirements. This includes pre-built documentation templates aligned with CMS and commercial payer expectations, proactive compliance monitoring, wound measurement protocols, signed written order (SWO) management, and HCPCS accuracy validation. Compliance is embedded into the workflow — not bolted on as an afterthought.
